Our portfolio of design projects range from small domestic gardens to full-scale coastal landscapes.
With an emphasis on quality, we work with clients to create distinctive outdoor spaces. We work with a very select group of trusted landscape tradespeople in order to provide our clients the highest quality product and service. All plant material is professionally sourced from specialized nurseries, and we select outdoor furniture, lighting, and accessories from the finest manufacturers.
Full service design services include: initial consultation, site analysis, concept design, mood board development, planting plan, final design, and project management of tradespeople during installation.
Consultation
Whether you’re an avid gardener seeking some fresh ideas, or a new homeowner with no idea where to begin, a design consultation is perfect for you!
Many clients enjoy creating their own gardens and landscapes, but can benefit from a designer's eye to advise on particular problem areas or to help provide inspiration. During the consultation, we will review the existing landscape including plants and hardscape elements, and thoughtfully offer creative and pragmatic recommendations.
The professional fee for a two-hour, onsite consultation (within 20 miles of Ogunquit, Maine) is $295.
Management
Managing the gardens and landscapes of distinctive properties comes with a huge level of responsibility. At Thomas Lynch Design, we understand the high level of professionalism necessary; have the skills to effectively communicate with the client and the gardening and landscape teams; and we have the ability to achieve demanding and specific expectations and timelines.
